Directions:The park is located on the west side of the Hudson, just north of the Mid-Hudson Bridge, Walkway Over the Hudson, and Mariners Restaurant.
From the east: take Rte 55 across Mid-Hudson Bridge, take exit that splits to the right heading north. At first stop light turn right [Haviland Rd], take first left onto Mile Hill Rd and head all the way down to the river. Make sure you stay on Mile Hill Rd as the road splits a couple of times, especially near the bottom [always head downhill].
From the south: Take Rte 9W into Highland (you will pass Hannafords on the right), go under the Mid-Hudson Bridge. At first stop light turn right [Haviland Rd], take first left onto Mile Hill Rd and head all the way down to the river. Make sure you stay on Mile Hill Rd as the road splits a couple of times, especially near the bottom [always head downhill].
From the north: Take 9W south into Highland, past Rte 299, past the Hamlet of Highland, until you come to the light at Dunkin Donuts (on the left), turn left at this stop light [Haviland Rd], take first left onto Mile Hill Rd and head all the way down to the river. Make sure you stay on Mile Hill Rd as the road splits a couple of times, especially near the bottom [always head downhill].
From Taconic: Get off Rte 44/55 Exit and follow Rte 55 all the way to the Mid-Hudson Brige, then follow directions for coming from the east.
From Thruway: Take Exit 18 [New Paltz], turn right at light onto Rte 299, head east until you reach Rte 9W, then follow directions from the north.
